About Us

The Cass County Fair is located in Virginia, IL. Each summer in the July the annual county fair is held at the fairgrounds. The 2025 fair will be held June 24-28.

Our Work

Planning the fair is a year round job and our Fair Board puts in the work throughout that year. Without them the fair wouldn't be possible. So if you see them be sure to give them a big thanks!

2025 entry information coming soon.

2024 Entries will be open from June 21 at noon to July 9 at midnight.

There will not be in person entries this year. If you need assistance doing entries, Morgan is more than happy to assist over the phone or a zoom call. Call/text her at 217-491-3674.
